Important Information

A food allergy is an immune system reaction that occurs shortly after ingesting a particular food. Even a small amount of the allergenic food can trigger symptoms such as digestive problems, hives, or inflammation of the airways.

Risk Factors

There isn't a single factor that causes a food allergy. However, there are factors that can increase the risk of developing allergies.

Symptoms

Symptoms of an allergic reaction can range from digestive issues to anaphylaxis. Symptoms typically develop within a few minutes to up to 2 hours after ingesting the offending foods.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to review the menu and indicate any allergy concerns to our chef before requesting an estimate. Consult with your dietitian or prepare a card with your food allergies so that the chef is aware of the situation, and whenever possible, the chef will provide a special menu that meets the customer's dietary needs.
